We are a home nursery based in Lee Green area of London, welcoming every children from the age of 8 months to/and five years old, with a ratio of one adult/practitioner to three children.

Tuba Sen

Tuba and Tayfun, siblings, have worked together to found this nursery. Tuba, a former Teacher and Tayfun, a Software Developer, together have turned their loving home to a loving nursery.

It did not come true with a blink of an eye nor did it happen with a snap of a finger. It’s the outcome of a long, tiring but fun process that we have enjoyed every step of the journey. And it all started with a wish. A wish to bring joy and curiosity to the lives of every child we meet along the way.

Our setting consists of an open plan kitchen, two bathrooms, a play area, sleeping room and a backyard garden. The play area has the advantage of abundant natural light for most of the day.

We have set up the garden as an outdoor learning environment which is compliant with health and safety regulations in the EYFS. By also supporting your child’s development and curiosity. We have a separate sleeping room upstairs. The setting is located in a lovely quiet and safe cul-de-sac.

4 years of higher education in Teacher Training

Undergraduate from Gazi University.

6 months of Erasmus in Teacher Training

Studied at University College Zealand - Denmark.

Teacher Training High School Diploma

Studied at a specialized teacher training high school.

Ofsted Registered

Received Ofsted Certificate after full inspection.

DBS Certificate

Enchanced DBS Check.

Paediatric First Aid

Completed Paediatric First Aid training.

Safeguarding

Completed a child safeguarding course.

Child development Course certificates by DfE (Department for Education)

Completed a number of DfE modules.

Public Liability Insurance

Possess public liability insurance.

We are Ofsted Registered since February 2024.

What does this mean?

We have successfully passed a visit by an Ofsted Inspector. This means we meet the requirements to run our individual business as a childminder and home nursery. We comply with the regulations of Ofsted.

Ofsted inspects childminders by law. Every thirty months,they carry out compliance inspections after the initial visit. They inspect childminders under their education inspection framework. These inspections give parents information about the education and care their child is receiving.
